Description

Job Summary: The incumbent is responsible for handling Call Center’s calls. 
 

Main Duties: 

  1. Inbound: To handle all customers’ requests on product and other claims service general information 
  1. Outbound: To handle permanent punctual campaigns/ programs, initial claim handling & support. 
  1. To support for quotation of standardized products 
  1. To support sales and policy renewal process 
  1. To daily report call center’s activities 
  1. To update customer’s database. 
  1. To contact with vendor for arrangement pre-inspection, update status for Sale’s inquiry 
  1. To support Policy Management team in some admin tasks 
  1. To back up receptionist job. 
  1. To assume other duties as and when required. 
     

Preferred Qualifications: 

University graduate. 

Possession of relevant Insurance Professional Qualifications is preferable. 
 

Language Abilities: 
Strong verbal and written communications (both English and Vietnamese) skills 
 

 
PC-related skills: 

MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint 

 
Preferred Experience: 

Working experience in insurance company handling front-line duties. 

Prefer customer service experience.
