Description

Job Summary
You will be a pioneer for product development that would bring the best benefit to customers while delivering profitable growth to the company. You will also manage motor products to make sure that the products that we are offering align with regulator requirements.

  • You will lead the system team, related to UW and Motor products, to make sure that we have the streamlined process in place and be able to operate and achieve our SLA.
  • This role will also recruit, mentor, and coach the next generation of product managers to work in a rapidly changing insurance landscape.
  • This role requires a balance between strategic thinking and execution capability as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders.

Job Description:
Own go-to-market strategy and execution of advanced pricing concepts through motor system enablement to successfully deliver business results for Thailand Motor

  • Led new product development and innovation including the filing process with OIC.
  • Led the digital transformation and UW and Product-related projects with IT and related stakeholders including requirement refinement, prioritization, and UAT.
  • Regularly review UW operational processes and make needed adjustments to ensure efficiency and accuracy of the pricing and coverages offered to the market.
  • Be a Product representative in companywide projects and initiatives.
  • Led a team of 4 people - recruited, coached, and built the next generation of UW managers to work in a rapidly changing insurance landscape.

Qualification:

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience managing portfolio and system-related projects for an insurance company; will consider related work experience instead of direct insurance-related experience.
  • Ability to communicate in English is a must (Fluent level).
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with external partners and internal departments.
  • Possession of outstanding work ethic and drive for knowledge.
