Description

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be joining our Claims-Motor Team in Hong Kong office and to assist the Team Manager in motor claims handling (bodily injury, own damage, property damage), including managing and reviewing reserves, improving customer experience and cost management.  

Main Responsibilities:

  • Advise policyholders and claimants on policy and claims related matters.
  • Negotiate and settle claims accurately and timely.
  • Ensure each claim is assessed correctly in accordance to policy coverage and within the authority limit given and with adequate reserve set.
  • Ensure all correspondences and enquiries, including complaints, are managed, and responded to in a timely manner with excellence claim service.
  • Proactively manage all claims in the most effective manner.
  • Review outstanding claim files.
  • Perform other duties as and when required.   

Main Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree holder or above
  • Ideally minimum 2 years of solid experience handling motor claims 
  • Prior experience handling bodily injury claims would be ideal 
  • Insurance professional qualification(s) preferred but not a must
  • Fluent spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English 
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply and will be considered for junior level
