Sales support (12 months contract)

Support admin tasks for Sales department

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and process data from partners, upload to the working system for sales staff
• Support sales, reporting and follow direct instructions from the Sales Manager and Director
• Monitor and make contracts and contract appendices with partners.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager to effectively exploit potential customer sources.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from College/University
• Proficient in office computers: Word, Excel...
• At least 1 year experience in related field
• Honest, agile and enthusiastic about work, capable of analyzing data.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage work scientifically and effectively
• Ability to work independently and under high pressure
