Senior Executive, Claims-Non-Motor

Successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager in our Claims, Non-Motor team.  He/she will handle Property & Liability claims, including liaising with external parties such as loss adjusters, brokers, agents, insured and third-party claimants.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle, assess and settle Property & Liability claims properly and efficiency in compliance with company guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements;
• Provide customers with quality services in accordance with the service standards, procedures and guidelines;
• Handle claims enquiries from external and internal customers;
• Liaise with external parties including loss adjusters, brokers, agents, insured and third party claimants;
• Identify and investigate suspicious cases;
• Handle ad-hoc projects as and when assigned. 

Main Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related discipline, with ANZIIF/ ACII qualification or equivalent level of Insurance qualification;
• Minimum 5 years' experience in handling Property & Liability claims;
• Sound problem solving and negotiation skills;
• Good communication skills in written and spoken in both English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Customer-oriented, good team player, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Candidates with lesser years of relevant experience will be considered as Executive.
