Assistant, Product-Motor Underwriting (12months)

Summary

Main Job Duties

• Responsible for providing day-to-day underwriting administrative support (including data entry, document collection and follow-up) for the designated portfolio in a professional manner and under pre-set turnaround time;  
• Assist in ad-hoc projects, process improvement initiatives and reports preparation as assigned by manager.  

 
Main Requirements

• Tertiary education or above, ideally with at least 1 year of working experience preferably in insurance or financial services industry;  
• Sound knowledge of motor insurance placement process is a definite advantage but not a must; 
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer centric with a strong sense of ownership; 
• Proficiency in MS Office; 
• Good spoken & written English and Chinese; 
• Immediately available or available within short notice is preferred.
