Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support
  • Oversee annual General Insurance Association of Singapore (GIA) Agents' Renewal Exercise
  • Manage procurement and budgeting activities for the Distribution Department, including working with Finance and the Distribution Leaders in budget planning
  • Be the main point of contact representing Distribution on discussions and workgroup activities with other departments
  • Plan the Singapore Production Meeting dates, and coordinate with the other departments on the hosting order and the compilation of slides
  • Manage one admin support headcount on sales support activities, which include:
  • Monthly renewal notices
  • Producer database management
  • Agency agreements
  • Creation/Deletion and updating of producer codes/information
  • Administrative tasks
  1. CPD Training
  • Plan the CPD training calendar
  • Liaise with internal/external speakers to confirm the date, time and topics for the training
  • Prepare communications to producers on the training
  • Execute the training session
  • File the attendance for the attendees, via various platforms such as ARCM (for agents) and the issuance of certificates or notifications (for others)
  • Manage the Zoom account to be used for internal and external trainings
  1. Regular Communications to Producers
  • Prepare communications to producers on matters such as the agency production report, campaign updates and ad hoc announcements from both internal and external sources
  • Ensure email records in Salesforce are kept updated and accurate

 Requirements:

  • Diploma and higher, preferably in marketing or business-related subjects
  • Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) and Health Insurance (HI) or equivalent
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) will be advantageous
  • At least 3 to 4 years of relevant sales experience, especially in dealing with direct/online channels
  • Business development and marketing experience in insurance industry is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team
  • Proactive in taking initiatives and takes ownership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
