Description

Summary:

Manages and monitors claims issues as per the policy and agreed KPIs.

 

Descriptions:

  • Manages and monitors staffs’ performances and accountabilities as per agreed KPIs.
  • Manages staffs’ shifts properly as per claims quantities.
  • Rechecks and uploads staffs’ and survey’s documents onto the system, including reserves set up.
  • Advises staffs solutions and reports supervisor about unsolved problems.
  • Explains related details to customers to sort out any dispute.
  • Investigates onsite accidents as assigned and further proceeds as per procedures.
  • Be ready to support out-of-scope requests.
  • Communicates with related staffs regarding relative matters.
  • Retrieves and analyses personal KPIs for performance analysis and plans for achieving those set up objectives.
  • Generates a creative work process once a year.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor degree in any field.
  • At least a 10-year experience in insurance.
  • Good communication skill and be creative.
  • Be patient and able to sort out any immediate problems.
  • Well educated in insurance policies and traffic act.
  • Be skilled in Microsoft Office.
  • Be accountable for all assigned duties.
  • Be intentional and ready to develop.
  • Able to work on Night shift duties.
