Executive, Operations

This is a 12months full-time contract role.  The successful candidate will be joining our Operations team. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Process claims registrations (focus in medical & life products).
• Handle general enquiries from internal and external parties.
• Reply/distribute generic emails (regarding certain insurance policies).
• Scan/dispatch policy documents and perform other administrative work.

 
Main Requirements:

• University graduate, with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of general insurance. 
• Punctual, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
• Must be a team player.
• Prior customer service experience gained from insurance industry / banks would be preferrable. 
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Good spoken & written English and Cantonese.
