JOB SUMMARY:

Support planning and executing of online marketing activities to enhance LIV brand, drive visibility and increase customer engagement. Assist in managing digital channels and collaborating with internal stakeholders to finalise social media content. Responsibilities include analyzing digital ad metric, content creation, creative vendor management, websites and promote SEO.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Social media management
  • Day to day management of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Zalo etc). Create impactful and engaging social content and campaigns to ensure social media feeds are elevated, curated and reflect the brand image.
  • Collaborate with the Underwriting team and other internal stakeholders to finalize social media contents following company’s guideline and product policy wording.
  • Manage creative vendors to ensure all required assets for on-site execution are timely delivered as per the brief. 

       2.Digital marketing performance

  • Develop a monthly digital ads strategy and media plan that aligns with the company's objectives and planned budget.
  • Generate ideas, create plans, and launch promotion campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Analyze the digital ads metrics and provide direction for media adjustments.
  • Manage and optimize the advertising budget; compile and report on advertising performance results daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Execute A/B testing plans for ads, optimize, evaluate, and analyze results.
  • Develop and execute various website tests to drive acquisition, engagement, and traffic improvements.
  • Work closely with front end developers to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure campaigns function seamlessly across devices.

        3. Website management

  • Publish blog articles and SEO contents to website to improve the organic position of the certain branding keywords.
  • Implement new changes on website as requested from other teams like product updates, government document upload, financial statement publishment, etc.
  • Execution of SEO requirements as part of page build as determined by the manager.
  • Regularly audit website content to ensure content accuracy and website functions. Work with development team to address issues.

        4. Brand and Partnership support

  • Create the landing pages to support business team drive more traffics/sales.
  • Conduct a necessary training sessions for business team, company’s agents and partners about marketing performance optimization.
  • Support specific partnership projects from contributing to the pitching proposal to executing digital marketing plan. Keep team and stakeholders notified of progress and/or deviation from project schedule (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.).
  • Regularly monitor financial and insurance market trends to effectively guide marketing activities.
  • Assist manager to assess all processes and looks for areas of improvement in workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members of functional areas such as PR Communication, Direct Marketing, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in campaign production, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in budget management and methods for optimizing advertising budgets.
  • Familiarity with social media and website management.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems and digital marketing tools (Drupal, GA4, SEMrush, Canva, etc).
  • Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical skills for market research related to products, categories, customers, and competitors.
  • Attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns at the same time.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including sales, product, finance, etc.
  • Insurance experience background preferred
  • Good at English
