Assistant, Claims-Motor (12months Contract)

Job Summary: 
This is a 12-months full-time contract position.  The successful candidate will be joining our Claims-Motor Team in Hong Kong office and to assist the Team Manager in motor claims handling

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming documents
• Sort documents by policyholder, filter receipts and categorize into folders for scanning/uploading onto system
• Dispatch payment advice, payment summary, cheque, shortfall letter
• Scan documents, dispatch cheque and arrange courier service.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Main Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with minimum 1 year's working experience
• Prior relevant experience gained from insurance industry would be advantageous
• Positive working attitude and willing to learn
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and good team player with strong sense of ownership
• PC proficiency in MS office
