I. JOB DUTIES

• Assess policy liability, compute and determine the amount payable based on policy coverage.
• Provide accurate and timely information such as reserve adequacy, subrogation recovery, questions on fraud
• Provide the highest level of customer care, responsiveness I, and satisfaction when managing assigned claims to produce the best claim outcomes
• Manage claims administration and attend daily operational processes in relation to claims according to guidelines
• Manage, supervise and control TPA claim processes in accordance with its Service Agreement
• Liaising with other departments and intermediaries
