Sales Executive (Phụ trách kinh doanh Kênh Đại Lý)

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of agents.
• Oversee and maintain the quality of agents and support them in distributing Liberty products to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners and bank employees to increase sales productivity.
• Manage daily sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets.
• Provide professional services and added value to customers.
• Generate weekly sales reports.
• Attend all meetings and training sessions as required by the company or BDM.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the BDM.

Requirements:

• Proven Sales Experience: At least 2 years of successful sales experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Customer-Centric: Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
• Results-Oriented: Driven to achieve ambitious sales targets and exceed expectations.
• Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
