Assistant Manager, Distribution-P&C

Scope: 
Be part of the sales/business development team, this role is responsible to drive the sales initiatives of Motor and Non-Motor products and ensure all the are tied to the company’s growth plan. 

Responsibilities: 

• Promote Motor and Non-Motor products to corporate clients via brokers, company agency or direct channel 
• Producer (broker/agent) relationship management 
• Handling daily quotation and renewal process with our channels 
• Provide quality services to partners with the aim to deepen penetration and achieve sales growth 
• Participate in the related marketing ad-hoc projects or activities including events, product developments 

Requirements:  

• University graduate major in Business Management/Marketing or related disciplines 
• Minimum 6 year’s working experience in insurance products sales/business development
• Holder of IIQE Paper 1 & 2 is a must  
• Experience in dealing with brokers and agents in Motor and Non-Motor products 
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• Result oriented, self-motivated, strong sense of ownership and able to work independently 
• Proficiency in MS Office 
• Candidates with lesser years of relevant working experience will be considered for Senior Officer level
